- Get a baking tray, add desired amount of sweet n nice guava passion fruit ice cream and set it aside.
- Sauté some frozen strawberries on the stove with a splash of water (¾ cup) and some maple syrup if you like.
- Let it simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. It will turn into a syrup like consistency. While it is still hot, pour it over the ice cream in the baking tray. The ice cream will melt down slightly and evenly cover the tray.
- Sprinkle a few tablespoons of crushed golden graham crackers. Place the baking tray into the freezer to set for about 10 minutes.
- Add fresh strawberries, serve and enjoy!

- Blend Neale’s Sweet N Nice Premium Pineapple & Coconut Ice Cream, Coconut Milk, Bacardi White Rum
- Serve In: Hurricane Glass
- Garnish: Pineapple Chunk & Maraschino Cherry
- 3 cups fresh coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut extract
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat oven to 350 F/177 C.
- Grease a 13-by-9-by-2-inch cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix coconut flakes, flour, egg yolks, brown sugar, butter and extract until a sticky dough that is moldable forms.
- Divide the dough into 24 uniform balls.
- Place the balls on the greased cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. They should be golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before eating.
- If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle with chocolate 🍫 and serve with your favourite flavour of @sweetnniceicecream 😎

Pina Colada Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Place pineapple slices in a large shallow dish.
- Pour coconut rum to submerge the slices halfway. Marinate for at least 1 hour, flipping the slices over halfway through.
- Remove pineapple slices and dry well with paper towels. Carefully slice off the bottom of your Sweet N’ Nice ice cream container. Remove the lid and cut away the rest of the paper container.
- Slice your Sweet N’ Nice ice cream into rounds. Sandwich the ice cream slices in between two pineapple slices. Freeze immediately until completely solid.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, at 15 second intervals. Stir until fully melted.
- Dip half of the frozen sandwiches in the melted chocolate and immediately coat with toasted coconut flakes.

Find your favourite popsicle mold! Don’t have any at home? Ice cube trays, yogurt containers, shot glasses or plastic cups work great!
- fill your mold with your favourite Sweet N Nice ice cream flavour! We used our guava passion fruit!
- push a stick through the top of your molds and freeze for a few hours.
- when you’re ready to consume, run the container under some warm water for a couple of seconds to loosen the popsicle and voilà!
- since we have an extra sweet tooth we garnished ours with some chocolate drizzle!🍫 👀

This recipe is really quick and simple to whip up!
- 2-3 scoops of Sweet N Nice Coconut ice cream
- 1 or 2 cups of coffee
- first brew your favourite coffee
- next add some coconut ice cream to your coffee cup
- pour some black coffee over the ice cream
- drizzle with your favourite toppings/spices ie chocolate/caramel sauce or cinnamon spice
- to be enjoyed hot or cold!
- 3-4 scoops of Neale's Sweet N Nice Rum & Raisin ice cream
- 1/2 cup of Baileys Irish cream liqueur
- pour 1/2 cup of Baileys Irish cream liqueur into a measurement glass
- add 3 scoops of Neale's Sweet N Nice Rum & Raisin ice cream
- stir ingredients until smooth
- serve chilled and add a small scoop of Rum & Raisin ice cream on top
