By purchasing Sweet N Nice desserts online you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below.

Delivery Area

Presently, Sweet N’ Nice delivers our Black and Vanilla Rum Cakes across Canada. For our Rum Cup Cakes and Ice cream we deliver to addresses within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and Durham Region. These areas include the the following cities as highlighted below:

Ajax, Aurora, Brampton, Burlington, Caledon, Halton Hills, Hamilton, King City, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Ottawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Stouffville, Toronto, Whitby, Vaughan. At this time, we are unable to deliver beyond the areas listed above and apologize for any inconvenience. Delivery Schedule For Dessert Shop

Our cakes and cupcakes are freshly baked on Tuesdays, in time for our Thursday deliveries. Orders are delivered every Thursday afternoon within the GTHA and Durham Region.

All orders must be placed before 9:00 A.M. EDT on Tuesday, to receive your order by the following Thursday afternoon/evening. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and up to date, we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund any costs related to incorrectly entered delivery addresses or parcels that cannot be delivered due to refusal or business closures. If there are any changes to your address, you must update your address a minimum of 5 days prior to the delivery date of the subsequent week. If you have not received your delivery or been notified of an attempted delivery please email us at customerservice@sweetnnice.ca


Subscription Delivery Schedule

We currently deliver our ice cream subscriptions twice a month, on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. In order to receive or give a Sweet N Nice subscription for a particular period, a customer must order and pay 2 days (Tuesdays before 9:00 AM) before our deliveries are scheduled to go out. This may be subject to change if there are production or delivery issues. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and up to date, we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund any costs related to incorrectly entered delivery addresses or parcels that cannot be delivered due to refusal or business closures. Damaged or missing goods

Delivery times are estimated based on courier routes. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please take a photo and email it to us with your order details at customerservice@sweetnnice.ca within three (3) days of shipping so that we may remedy the situation.

Events Outside Our Control

Sometimes, events occur which are out of our control (known as Force Majeure events), not limited to, but for example, severe weather, fires, floods, epidemics/pandemics, impossibilities to use transport affecting delivery, outages of electricity and telecommunications and so forth. We cannot be liable or responsible for failed or late deliveries in a “Force Majeure” event/situation, but will work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Payments

Initial payment is taken on the day you order or sign up, It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure your payment method details are valid and up to date. Incorrect or expired payment details may affect your delivery. All payments must be cleared before you are able to receive your order. We have the right to cancel your order if we encounter payment issues that cannot be resolved.

Subscription Auto-renewal

All subscriptions will automatically renew monthly by default, unless you're signing up for a gift subscription; gift subscriptions will automatically cancel at the expiry date. You can however cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time by following our cancellation procedure.

Subscription Cancellation

Sweet N Nice reserves the right to deny refunds of charges that have already been processed. Any requests to refund charges already processed may be denied (but still fulfilled), you will still receive what you have paid for.

Return Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to accept product returns as it may contain fresh and/or perishable food items along with potential health hazards. Price increases are sometimes necessary due to increasing ingredients, labour and administrative costs related to providing this service. We are committed to providing fair pricing and will only increase prices where absolutely necessary.We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time.

Changes to terms and conditions

You will be subject to the policies, terms and conditions in place at the time of your order. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, including changes in technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities. We will notify you of changes made and will assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of your order.
